Complaints
This totally independent, impartial and free service is for anyone unhappy with the way their complaint about the conduct of a member of the judiciary (judges, sheriffs and Justices of the Peace) has been handled by the Judicial Office for Scotland. Members of the Scottish judiciary who have been the subject of a complaint may also seek a review of the handling of that complaint. Please remember that you must have completed the Judicial Office for Scotland's complaints process before asking me to carry out a review.
